The offer and sale of products on our website www.silvexitaly.com are regulated by the following sales terms and conditions.

Products purchased on our site are sold directly by Silvex S.p.A. is listed in the Arezzo Business Register under the Economic Administrative Index (Repertorio Economico Amministrativo or REA) n. 90326 – Tax ID Code and V.A.T. no. 01208140515.

Silvex S.p.A. offers its products for sale and carries out its online commercial activity aimed to resellers and business operators of the sector.

These sales terms and conditions relate exclusively to the offer, sending and acceptance of orders of products on the site between the user of the site itself and Silvex S.p.A.

The terms and conditions do not pertain to the supply of goods from other entities which may be present in our site via web links, banners or other hyperlinks. We suggest you should consult the individual relevant terms and conditions before making any possible purchase with said entities.


To conclude a purchase contract on our website it is imperative that you be registered. The registration procedure requires that you fill in an electronic form with your personal data and e-mail address. Such data will be handled in full compliance with the current regulations in the matter of privacy protection. After registration you will be given a personal account with exclusive access through a strictly confidential username and password. Such procedure guarantees the customer and visitor a totally anonymous identification. It will then be their care not to disclose their password to any third party.

Should the account remain idle for a period of time or should the account not comply with the terms and conditions in force on this site, Silvex staff reserves the right to delete it.

The customer will be held responsible for any possible irregular actions and behaviors in conflict with the regulations in force or with the present terms and conditions and committed by anyone else using the personal account in their place. The Customers is to immediately report to Silver Spa. any possible theft or loss of their password, as well as any improper use of the account or password by a third party they might be aware of.

Conclusion of the contract

The Contract entered between Silvex S.p.A. and the Customer must be agreed as concluded when the order forwarded by the Customer, in the respect of the purchasing procedure shown on the site and after having obtained authorization to debit by the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer for payment, reaches the address of the site.
The order sent by the Customer will be binding for Silvex S.p.A. only provided that the full purchase procedure has been regularly and correctly completed, with no errors being shown by the site. Silvex S.p.A. is not responsible for any malfunctioning depending on the network operator in charge of data transmission.
By sending the order form to Silvex S.p.A. the Customer recognizes and declares having read all the instructions provided during the purchasing procedure and accepting the General Conditions in full. The purchase order form will be stored in the site database for the duration of time necessary to execute the orders.

Once contract is entered, Silvex S.p.A. will e-mail a receipt for the purchase order received to the Customer containing a summary of the essential information already stated on the order form and relating to the main characteristics of each purchased item and a clear indication of the price, the payment method chosen by the Customer and the delivery costs.

The Customer must then carefully check the content of such notification and immediately report any errors, inaccuracies or omissions to Silvex S.p.A.

Guarantees and product price indication

Silvex S.p.A. does not sell used, irregular or sub-standard products in comparison to those commonly offered on the market.

The main features of the products are presented on our site inside each product sheet. However, the pictures and colours of the products on sale may differ from the actual ones due to variations in browser and monitor displays.

The products prices could be subject to change due to the fluctuations of the silver price. In any case, once a product has been ordered, its price is confirmed and will no longer be subject to change. The prices of the products indicated in the reserve area of the site www.silvexitaly.com are not inclusive of sales tax. The cost of transportation, clearly highlighted on the appropriate page inside the site, is to be paid entirely by the Customer along with any possible additional charges associated with taxes imposed by the the laws of the country of destination.

Purchase orders with deliveries to different countries from those listed on the splash page might not be accepted by Silvex S.p.A.

In the event of the Customer exercising right of withdrawal, Silvex S.p.A. may choose not to accept the return of those goods which are deemed to have been qualitatively altered or damaged or which are without their original packaging.

Methods of payment

The Customer may make the payment of the final price of the products and the relevant delivery costs by credit card. This is a safe payment method as it is made through a technology-safe server provided by the Unicredit Bank Group, safety of which is guaranteed by the so-called SSL protocol (a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer) protecting all online crypto graphed transactions.

Silvex S.p.A. will at no time have access to the payment details and therefore cannot either store or elaborate them in any way.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are clearly detailed at the bottom of the filled in purchase order form.

For all purchase orders a 1% fee will be applied for insurance cover on the total value of the purchased goods unless the Customer decides not to benefit from it and prefers to use an insurance cover on his own. In this case, Silvex S.p.A. shall not be held responsible for any lack in insurance cover for the shipping products.

Transportation and delivery

All orders will be executed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public and National holidays, within a maximum period of 2 (two)working days starting from the following day on which purchase order is received. Silvex S.p.A. is not responsible for any delay in delivery which is totally independent from its commercial activity, hence exclusively due to Forwarding Agent or Courier, and in cases of force majeure.

Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or failure of the number of parcels or indications to correspond must immediately be reported, placing a written reserve of checking on the delivery receipt of the Courier or rejecting delivery of the goods, which will then be replaced and resent by Silvex S.p.A. free of charge, provided that the shipment had an insurance cover operated by Silvex S.p.A. On the contrary, the Customer will have to handle the issue by himself and get informed on what to do to claim the damage to his own insurance company and be reimbursed. Once the Courier’s delivery receipt has been signed, the Customer loses the right of contesting the outer appearance of what has been delivered.

Should Silvex S.p.A. not be able to ship the ordered goods following lack of availability of the products, it will promptly inform the Customer by e-mail within and no later than 2 (two) working days. The amount already paid by the Customer will be reimbursed as soon as possible and in any case no later than 2 (two) working days since purchase order receipt.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is regulated by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05) and gives the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 10 (ten) days.
The right of withdrawal only applies to goods which are intact at the moment of return. It cannot be exercised if the goods were used or damaged. To activate the procedure of withdrawal please first contact our office which will provide complete instructions on how and where to return the goods. Goods should be sent to Silvex S.p.A. in a single package and shipment. In fact, Silvex S.p.A. reserves the right to reject products from the same order which are returned at different moments. If the right of withdrawal is exercised according to the means and the terms stipulated, Silvex S.p.A. will refund any sums already paid for the purchase of the products or replace the wrong or defective products.

Funds already paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days since the date on which Silvex S.p.A. is made aware of the Customer’s exercising of the right of withdrawal. Once it is confirmed that the above-mentioned terms and conditions have been respected, Silvex S.p.A. will start the refund procedures.
Should the return policy means and terms be not respected, Silvex S.p.A. will not be liable for any refund of the sum paid for the goods that have been returned. Nevertheless, upon specific request and at Customer’s expenses, Silvex S.p.A. can send back the goods in the same status as they were received. Otherwise, beyond the funds paid for their purchase, Silvex S.p.A. is entitled to keep also the products.

Refund time and conditions

Once products have been returned, Silvex S.p.A. shall make sure that the status of the products received fully complies with the above terms and conditions. In the case that the check proves to be positive, Silvex S.p.A. will notify the Customer of the acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Whatever the method of payment be, Silvex S.p.A. will activate refund within 30 (thirty) days since the date on which Silvex S.p.A.has learned about the Customer’s wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to verification that the exercise fully complies with the above terms and conditions and to acceptance of the returned products. Should the products addressee indicated on the purchase order form be different from the person who made the payment for their purchase, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal any possible refund will be in any case processed by Silvex S.p.A. to the person who made the payment.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, the defaulting party is obliged to inform the other party immediately. Should the force majeure continue for over one month, each party shall have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Enforceable Laws and Controversy Solutions

The General Terms of sale are ruled by the Italian Law and in particular by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05) and by the Legislative Decree no. 70 did April 9th, 2003 on electronic commerce.

Should controversies between Silvex S.p.A. and its Customers concerning the interpretation and the execution of these General Terms of Sale arise, these disputes are referred to the exclusive competence of the only Court of Arezzo (Italy).

Errors and inaccuracies

Silvex S.p.A. has the objective of providing constantly updated information on its site. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the site is free of any errors. It could contain typing errors, inaccuracies and omissions, some of which could refer to prices, products availability and to the product information sheet. Silvex S.p.A. reserves the right to correct the errors, inaccuracies and omissions even after an order has been sent and to change and update the information at any time without prior notification.

Modification of the general conditions

These General Conditions are rules by the Italian Law.

Silvex S.p.A. reserves the right to modify these General Sales Conditions at any time. Any changes, modifications, cancellations or additions will have immediate effect after they have been notified by means of notes published on the site. Once notification is made, any access and use of the services of Silvex S.p.A. by the Customer isto be intended as full acceptance of the changes made.
